Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu: Slice the large white tofu into two halves, either diagonally or straight, according to your preference. Fry the tofu in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, set aside.

Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the canned corned beef, minced garlic, 50 ml of ice water, and one egg. Blend the mixture until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients: Add the tapioca starch and chopped green onions to the corned beef mixture, stirring until it thickens and forms a cohesive filling.

Steam the Tofu: Prepare a steamer by filling it with water and bringing it to a boil. Take the fried tofu halves and carefully make a slit on the side. Stuff each half with the prepared filling.

Cooking Option: If you wish to serve immediately, dip the stuffed tofu in the remaining beaten egg and fry until golden and crispy. Alternatively, store any leftover stuffed tofu in an airtight container in the freezer. They can be fried later for a delicious snack.
