Tahu Fantasi

Ingredients

Egg yolk 1
Seasoning:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed tofu, sliced carrot, sliced green onion, and egg yolk. Add the fried shallots, pepper, salt, and chicken or beef broth powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  2. Mold the Mixture: Pour the tofu mixture into a silicone mold, spreading it evenly.

  3. Steam: Place the mold in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, or until set.
