Putih telur (egg white) 1, beaten

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu Mixture: Begin by mashing the firm tofu in a bowl until smooth. Add in the minced garlic, sugar, salt, chicken bouillon (if using), and ground pepper. Mix well to ensure all flavors are combined.

  2. Incorporate Vegetables: Next, add the grated carrot and chopped green onion to the tofu mixture. Pour in the beaten egg and stir until everything is evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape and Steam: Transfer the mixture into flower-shaped molds or any desired shape. Steam for approximately 10 minutes until firm. Allow the molds to cool before gently removing the tofu shapes.
