Crispy Tahu Perkedel
Ingredients:
- 1 block of Chinese tofu, cleaned and mashed with a fork
- 150 grams Kobe flour
- 1 egg
- Chopped green onions and celery
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, Kobe flour, and egg. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add the chopped green onions and celery, along with the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into patties according to your preference.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and cooked through on the inside.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy! Note: No additional salt is needed as the Kobe flour provides sufficient seasoning.
