Instructions
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, diced carrot, sliced green onion, 1 egg, and minced spices. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
-
Prepare a mold by lightly greasing it with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
-
Place the boiled quail eggs in the bottom of the mold, then pour the tofu mixture over the eggs, filling the mold completely. Repeat until all mixture is used.
-
Steam the filled mold for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the steamer and let cool before gently releasing the tofu from the mold.
-
In a separate bowl, beat the remaining 2 eggs. Dip each tofu piece into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are well coated, and then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
-
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
-
Serve the Tahu Sakura as a delightful snack alongside hot chocolatos or as a menu item for gatherings.
Enjoy your Tahu Sakura, a perfect blend of flavors and textures!
