Recipe: Crispy Tofu Balls with Sausage Filling
Ingredients:
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 2 sausages (diced small)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili powder to taste
- 1 cup yellow noodles (cooked until half-done)
- Oil for frying

Begin by mashing the tofu until smooth. Combine it with the beaten egg in a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked yellow noodles, all-purpose flour, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated.

To form the tofu balls, take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Press a small piece of diced sausage into the center of each ball, then reshape the ball to encase the sausage completely.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu balls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Once cooked, remove the tofu balls from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Tip: For a quicker version, you can use instant all-purpose flour, mixing it directly with tofu, egg, noodles, and chili powder.
