Tahu Cabe Garam
Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of firm tofu, cut into cubes or preferred shapes
- All-purpose seasoning flour
- Sliced Ingredients:
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 10 red chili peppers (or red bird’s eye chili peppers)
- 1 stalk green onion
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Dredge each piece in all-purpose seasoning flour, coating it evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated tofu pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Sliced Ingredients:
- Thinly slice the garlic, onion, and red chili peppers. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
- In the same pan used for frying the tofu, add a small amount of oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and chili peppers over low heat. Cook until they are slightly crispy and fragrant.

Combine and Season:
- Add salt to the sautéed ingredients according to your taste preferences.
- Gently fold in the fried tofu cubes with the sautéed mixture. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.

- Transfer the Tahu Cabe Garam to a serving dish and garnish with the chopped green onion. Serve hot as a delicious appetizer or a flavorful side dish.
