Instructions
-
Prepare Tofu: In a bowl, mix the ingredients of Bahan 1 until well combined. Add the diced tofu and coat evenly. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
-
Fry Garlic (Bahan 2): In a small pan, heat about 3 tablespoons of oil over low heat. Add the chopped garlic from Bahan 2 and sauté until golden, being careful not to burn it. Set aside the fried garlic.
-
Sauté Bahan 3: In the same pan, use 1 tablespoon of the oil leftover from frying garlic. Sauté the garlic, green onion, and chilies from Bahan 3 until fragrant and slightly dry. Turn off the heat.
-
Combine: Mix the fried tofu and garlic into the sautéed mixture from Bahan 3. Stir well to combine all flavors evenly.
-
Serve: Adjust salt and chili to taste. Serve hot and enjoy this delightful dish!
Note: If using salted tofu, reduce the added salt. Feel free to adjust seasonings according to your preference. Enjoy your meal! (^â–½^)
