  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 beef bouillon cube
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 egg (for coating)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Begin by frying the potatoes until they are tender. Once cooked, mash them gently and set aside.

  2. Cook the Tuna: Boil the tuna fillets until they are fully cooked. After boiling, break the tuna into chunks but ensure it is not too finely shredded.

  3. Prepare the Spice Paste: Blend the shallots, garlic, chili peppers, and cilantro together until you achieve a smooth paste.

  4. Mix the Ingredients: Combine the spice paste with the mashed potatoes, and mix thoroughly. Add in the beef bouillon cube and continue to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  5. Form the Perkedel: Take a portion of the potato mixture and form it into a ball or patty. Insert a small amount of the tuna filling into the center of each patty, then seal it and shape it as desired.
