Tahu Isi Sayuran: A Delicious Indonesian Delight

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Begin by frying the tofu until it develops a golden, crispy skin. Once cooked, slice each piece diagonally into two halves and carefully remove the filling. Set the hollowed tofu aside.

  2. Cook the Filling: In a pan, sauté the blended spices, including the shallot, garlic, and optional chili, until fragrant. Add the egg and scramble gently.
