Martabak Gurame Filet (DEBM)

Ingredients

  • 1 package of agar-agar
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 fillet of Gurame fish
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 bird’s eye chilies, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients—agar-agar, seasoning, Gurame fish fillet, eggs, minced garlic, and minced chilies. Blend them well to create a smooth batter, adjusting the seasoning to your taste.

  2. Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet (teflon) over low heat. This ensures that the martabak cooks evenly without burning.

  3. Cook the Mixture: Pour the prepared batter into the heated skillet. Cover it with a lid to allow the mixture to cook through and develop a lovely aroma.

  4. Check for Doneness: After a few minutes, check the martabak. It should be fragrant and cooked through. Once it reaches the desired consistency, carefully remove it from the skillet.

  5. Serve and Enjoy: Slice the martabak into portions and serve it warm, savoring the rich flavors of the Gurame fish and the delightful spices.

This Martabak Gurame Filet is not only a satisfying dish but also a healthy choice for those following a low-carb lifestyle. Enjoy this flavorful treat as a delicious meal or snack!
