Simple Beef Bakso Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef (blended)
- 1 packet of ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 4 tablespoons flour (more if needed)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 packet of beef-flavored seasoning
- For garnish:
- Fried shallots
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
