Ingredients:
- 6 Tortillas
- 2 cups Homemade Hummus (refer to recipe)
- 12 Falafel (refer to recipe)
- 2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- Iceberg lettuce, a bunch
- Tabasco Original Hot Sauce, for seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for the dressing

Instructions:

- Toss the tomatoes and red onions in salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a surface. Add a layer of lettuce leaves.
- Spread a generous amount of hummus in the center of the tortilla.
- Place the hot falafel on top of the hummus.
- Add the seasoned tomatoes and onions. Drizzle with Tabasco sauce.
- Fold the tortilla to form a wrap, and serve immediately.
