Ingredients:

2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
6 Strawberries
1 1/2 Eggs
2 Unsalted butter
1/2 – 1 Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup of sugar. Give it a good mix.

  3. Prepare strawberries: Wash the strawberries and dice them into small pieces. Toss them into the dry ingredient mixture and set aside.
