Easy Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Simple Teriyaki Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • For the spice paste:
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 2 shallots
    • Salt, to taste
    • Cooking oil, for sautéing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Begin by boiling the beef until tender. Once cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces, or as desired.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the onions and red chili peppers. You may also add red, green, or yellow bell peppers, or green chili peppers, depending on your preference.

  3. Make the Spice Paste: Blend the garlic and shallots into a smooth paste. Heat some cooking oil in a pan and sauté the spice paste until fragrant.

  4. Add Vegetables: Add the sliced onions and chili peppers to the pan with the sautéed spice paste. Cook until the onions are softened.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Add the beef pieces to the pan. Season with salt and sugar to taste, then pour in the teriyaki sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  6. Cook and Adjust Seasoning: Stir-fry the mixture until the flavors are well combined and the sauce has thickened slightly. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  7. Serve: Once done, remove from heat. Serve the teriyaki beef with warm white rice.
