Ingredients
- 1 package lime Jell-O gelatin
- 1 package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water (for each Jell-O flavor)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup cold water (3/4 cup for lime Jell-O, 3/4 cup for raspberry Jell-O)
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Prepare Lime Jell-O: Dissolve lime Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Chill until set, but not firm.

Prepare Raspberry Jell-O: Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water. Set aside at room temperature until slightly thickened.

Prepare Lemon Mixture: Stir marshmallows into the lime Jell-O. Set aside.

Cream Cheese Addition: Add cream cheese to the marshmallow-lime Jell-O mixture. Beat until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened.

Finalize Lemon Layer: Blend in mayonnaise, whipped cream, and crushed pineapple into the slightly thickened lime Jell-O mixture. Chill until very thickened. Gently spoon over the lime Jell-O layer. Chill until set, but not firm.

Complete Raspberry Layer: Meanwhile, chill the raspberry Jell-O mixture until thickened. Pour over the lemon layer. Chill until firm.

Optional Note: For deeper green and red layers, use 6-oz packages of lime and raspberry Jell-O, respectively. Use 2 cups boiling water and 1 1/2 cups cold water for each large package.
