Telur Dadar Gendut (Fluffy Indonesian Omelette)

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 stalks of green onions, finely sliced
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • For the spice paste:
    • 1/2 ripe tomato
    • 4 small garlic cloves (not too tiny)
    • 4 red chili peppers (bird’s eye chilies)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the finely sliced green onions and shallots to the bowl. Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
