Broccoli Puree with Butter and Garlic (For Babies/Toddlers over 7 months)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Broccoli (about 10 florets)
- 1/2 cup Water
- A pinch of Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Butter (Salted)
- A pinch of Black pepper powder
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Instructions:
- Begin by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.
- In a pressure cooker, add 1/2 cup of water and the broccoli florets. Add a pinch of salt. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles, then immediately release the pressure to preserve the bright green color and nutrients of the broccoli.
- Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of butter. Once melted, add the chopped garlic and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the cooked broccoli florets to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down.
- Once cooled, transfer the broccoli and garlic mixture to a blender or mixer. Grind until smooth, creating a puree.
- Serve the broccoli puree with butter and garlic to your babies or toddlers as a nutritious and tasty lunch or dinner meal.
