- 60g butter
- 1 1/4 kg potatoes
- A handful of fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 125ml cream
Instructions:

2 | Boil for 2 minutes, drain, and peel. |

7 | Fold through most of the chives, reserving a few for garnish, and serve. |
