Crispy Chicken Nibbles: Super Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1 tsp seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the Coating:
    • 500 grams all-purpose flour
    • 300 grams rice flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 packet chicken seasoning (Royco)
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Begin by boiling the chicken in water for approximately 45 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix the beaten egg and milk. Dip the boiled chicken pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  3. In another bowl, combine the rice flour, all-purpose flour, chili powder, chicken seasoning (Royco), and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Keep the egg-coated chicken separate from this flour mixture.

  4. Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the hot oil.

  5. Take each egg-coated chicken piece and roll it in the flour mixture until completely coated.

  6. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.

  7. Once cooked through and crispy, remove the chicken nibbles from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
