Tender Boneless Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 slices galangal
- 1 slice ginger
- Bay leaves, 2 stalks lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves
Instructions:
- Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
- Blend garlic, ginger, galangal until smooth.
- Add the blended mixture to the slow cooker.
- Pour enough bioglass water to cover the chicken.
- Set to cook and wait for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Enjoy tender and delicious chicken, even when cooled!
Sambal Recipe:
- Blend chili, shallots, shrimp paste.
- Fry in remaining oil from frying the chicken. Adjust oil amount as needed.
