Crispy Yellow Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of yellow tofu (each pack contains 5 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Begin by rinsing the yellow tofu under cold water. Once cleaned, cut each piece of tofu into two halves.

  2. Make the Marinade: In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic and coriander seeds until you achieve a fine paste. Add a pinch of salt and seasoning to the mixture and blend well. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.

  3. Marinate the Tofu: Place the tofu pieces in a bowl and pour the prepared spice paste over them. Allow the tofu to marinate in the seasoning for 5 to 10 minutes, ensuring the flavors are well absorbed.

  4. Fry the Tofu: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated tofu pieces. Fry until the tofu is golden brown and crispy on all sides.

  5. Serve: Remove the tofu from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve the crispy yellow tofu warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
