Better than Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

🔍 Description: This recipe is so easy and SO delicious, it’s hard to believe the ingredients are all either pre-made or canned.
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 pre-made pie crust (for the top)
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- Dried celery flakes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your pie crusts: Place one of the room temperature pie crusts in a glass pie pan, pressing it gently to fit the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, condensed cream of chicken soup, dried celery flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Top the pie with the second pie crust, gently turning under the edges and crimping to seal. Use a knife to puncture the top crust about four times to allow steam to escape during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
