Golden Galangal Fried Chicken
Lazy Day Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Pemalas)
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 packet sajiku fried chicken seasoning
- Freshly grated galangal (as needed)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Water, as needed

Prepare the Chicken: 
 Start by cleaning the chicken pieces thoroughly.

Season the Chicken: 
 Coat the chicken pieces with sajiku fried chicken seasoning. For best results, gently massage the seasoning into the chicken.

Add Galangal and Oil: 
 Mix in the freshly grated galangal, cooking oil, and enough water to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Massage the ingredients into the chicken pieces again until well combined.
