Indonesian Chicken Meatballs (Bola-Bola Ayam)
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken breast fillet, finely minced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Royco seasoning, to taste
- Tapioca flour
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, garlic, shallots, egg, ground pepper, salt, Royco seasoning, and tapioca flour.
- Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into small balls using a spoon.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh chives.
