Indonesian Chicken Meatballs (Bola-Bola Ayam)

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken breast fillet, finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Royco seasoning, to taste
  • Tapioca flour
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, garlic, shallots, egg, ground pepper, salt, Royco seasoning, and tapioca flour.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into small balls using a spoon.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chives.
