Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
- Add flour and continue mixing until a dough forms.
- Incorporate pecans into the mixture and mix well.

Shape the Crust:
- Press the dough into an 11-inch round tart pan, ensuring an even layer.
- Use a tart pan with a removable bottom for the best presentation.

Prepare the Filling:
- In another mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Tart:
- Pour the prepared filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.

Arrange the Pears:
- Drain the pear halves and arrange them in a pretty design on top of the filling.

- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the arranged pears for added flavor and visual appeal.
