Title: Super Simple Saori Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken wings, halved
- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp Saori oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp Saori teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly and halve them if they aren’t already.

Prepare the Garlic:
- Rinse the unpeeled garlic cloves and lightly crush them to release their flavors.

Marinating:
- In a bowl, combine the chicken wings, unpeeled garlic cloves, Saori oyster sauce, Saori teriyaki sauce, and black pepper.
- Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour. For best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

- Heat a frying pan or use a Happy Call pan over low heat to prevent sticking.
- Fry the marinated chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
