Title: Super Simple Saori Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken wings, halved
  • 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 2 tbsp Saori oyster sauce
  • 4 tbsp Saori teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:

    • Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly and halve them if they aren’t already.
  2. Prepare the Garlic:

    • Rinse the unpeeled garlic cloves and lightly crush them to release their flavors.
  3. Marinating:

    • In a bowl, combine the chicken wings, unpeeled garlic cloves, Saori oyster sauce, Saori teriyaki sauce, and black pepper.
    • Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour. For best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Cooking:

    • Heat a frying pan or use a Happy Call pan over low heat to prevent sticking.
    • Fry the marinated chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serving:

    • Serve the Saori chicken wings hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
