- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canned green chilies
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic clove
- 1/8 cup bacon bits

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 3 or 4 times.
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
