Tahu Kacang Kemangi Bumbu Kuning

Kacang panjang 2 stalks
Kemangi (basil) 1 handful
Bumbu kuning 1.5 tablespoons
Ebi (dried shrimp) 1 tablespoon

Daun salam (bay leaf) 1 leaf
Daun jeruk (lime leaf) 2 leaves
Lengkuas (galangal) to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a pan over medium heat and add the bumbu kuning, stirring until fragrant.
