| Prosciutto Crudo (Cured Ham) | 16 slices |

Instructions
- Begin by thoroughly washing and preparing the tomatoes. Once cleaned, slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, adding a pinch of fine salt to the pan.
- Place the piadine in the pan and cook for about 1 minute on each side, ensuring both sides are lightly toasted. After this, remove the piadine from the pan and place them on a cutting board.
- Spread a generous amount of gorgonzola cheese on one half of each piadina, letting the creamy texture cover the surface completely.
- Add the sliced tomatoes over the gorgonzola, followed by 4 slices of prosciutto crudo on top of the tomatoes.
- Gently fold the piadina in half to encase the delicious ingredients inside.
- Your Piadina with Gorgonzola, Prosciutto Crudo, and Tomatoes is now ready to be enjoyed, warm and full of flavor.
Cooking Notes:
This piadina is a wonderful combination of rich and savory flavors from the gorgonzola and prosciutto, balanced by the freshness of the tomatoes. Perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner!
