Grilled BBQ Chicken with Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, coating both sides evenly.
  3. Brush the chicken breast with BBQ sauce, ensuring it’s generously coated.
  4. Cut the pineapple into small cubes according to your preference.
