To prepare this delightful Farro and Yogurt Cake, follow these simple steps to create a moist and flavorful dessert that’s bound to impress your guests.

1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients

Start by sifting the farro flour into a bowl. This step ensures that the flour is free of any lumps and is evenly mixed, which helps achieve a smooth cake batter. Once done, set the bowl aside for later use.

2. Mix the Wet Ingredients

In the bowl of a stand mixer, place the butter, cut into small cubes. Add the Greek yogurt to the butter. The yogurt will provide a rich and creamy texture to the batter, making the cake extra moist. Mix these two ingredients on low speed until they are well combined.
