Corn Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 ear of corn, grated
  • 1 carrot, diced small
  • Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • Celery, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:
