Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 6 pork chops

Instructions:

Preparation Time Action
10 minutes In a bowl, combine flour, salt, dried rosemary, paprika, and onion powder.
Stir in vegetable oil until the mixture becomes crumbly.
Separate the mixture into three equal containers.

To Prepare Pork Chops:

  1. Place the mixture into a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Pour a small amount of water into a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each pork chop into the water.
  4. Place the damp pork chops into the plastic bag containing the flour mixture.
  5. Seal the bag and shake well to coat each pork chop evenly.
