Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaf
- 1 teaspoon chervil
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 4 fillets of your favorite white fish
Instructions:

Prepare Herb Butter Mixture:
- In a small glass mixing bowl, combine the butter, margarine, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes on high, or until the onion is partly cooked.

Add Seasonings:
- Stir in the lemon juice, dried parsley flakes, salt, dried tarragon leaf, chervil, and thyme leaves until well combined.

Arrange Fillets:
- Place the fillets in a 2-quart (12×7 inch) glass baking dish, positioning the thicker edges toward the outside of the dish.
- Spoon about half of the herb butter mixture evenly over the fillets.

Top with Bread Crumbs:
- Stir the bread crumbs into the remaining herb butter mixture until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the fillets.

Cook Fillets:
- Microwave the fillets uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes on High, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork (reaching an internal temperature of about 140°F).

- Allow the fillets to stand for 5 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together.
