Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai/ Kadugu)
  • 1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 4 Dry Red Chilies

  1. Heat a flat skillet on medium heat and dry roast the coriander, methi, mustard, kalonji, cumin, fennel seeds, and dry red chilies until aromatic and slightly golden.
