Ingredients:
- 400 grams of tender beef (sirloin or similar cut)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic

- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee or similar)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup water

- Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tender pieces. In a mixing bowl, marinate the beef with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef evenly.
