  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups half-and-half or milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint butter pecan ice cream

Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
2 Pat the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan.
3 Chill the crust thoroughly in the freezer.
4 In a mixing bowl, beat the pudding mixes with half and half or milk until well blended (about 1 minute).
5 Fold in the butter pecan ice cream and Cool Whip whipped topping until well combined.
6 Spoon the creamy mixture over the chilled crust in the baking pan.
7 Sprinkle the top with crushed Heath bars (or Crispy Crunch candy bars) for an added crunch.
8 Freeze the dessert until firm.
9 About 20 minutes before serving, remove the dessert from the freezer to soften slightly.
10 Store any leftovers tightly covered with foil in the freezer for future indulgence.

Tips:

  • For our Canadian friends: If Heath bars are not available, Crispy Crunch candy bars make an excellent substitute.
  • Allow the dessert to soften slightly before serving for easier slicing.
  • Customize your toppings by adding chopped nuts, chocolate syrup, or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
  • This dessert can be made ahead of time, making it perfect for entertaining or special occasions.

Indulge in the creamy, crunchy goodness of this Frozen Butter Pecan Crunch dessert, and watch as it becomes a new family favorite for any occasion! ๐Ÿจโœจ
