  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Butter for sautéing

  • 30 grams (about 1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Burgers:

    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely diced onion, butter, black pepper, and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
    • Shape the mixture into round, flat patties. You should end up with about 8 patties.
    • Place the patties on a baking sheet or plate and freeze them. This will help them hold their shape during cooking and keep them ready for future meals.
  2. Make the Bolognese Sauce:

    • Heat a generous amount of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are softened and translucent.
