Martabak 3T (Telur Tuna Tsubu) with Cheese – Keto Savory Snack
Ingredients:
- 2 packages Shirataki Tsubu
- 3 eggs
- 75 grams grated cheese
- 1 can light tuna (Ayam Brand)
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Boncabe (spicy seasoning), to taste
- Himalayan salt, to taste
- Bouillon powder (optional)

Prepare the Shirataki Tsubu:
Begin by draining the shirataki tsubu thoroughly. Rinse them well under running water and then soak in hot water for a few minutes. Drain again and set aside. -
Prepare the Tuna:
Open the can of light tuna and drain off the oil. Use a fork to flake the tuna until it’s finely shredded. -
Mix the Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked tuna, grated cheese, and eggs. Add the prepared shirataki tsubu to the mixture. Season with garlic powder, ground black pepper, Himalayan salt, and optionally, a pinch of bouillon powder. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. -
Cook the Martabak:
Heat a dorayaki maker or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with a small amount of cooking oil. Pour in a portion of the mixture and sprinkle a bit of Boncabe seasoning on top. Close the dorayaki maker or cover the skillet with a lid. -
Brown the Martabak:
Cook until the bottom side is golden brown, then carefully flip to cook the other side until it’s also golden brown. -
Serve:
Remove the martabak from the heat and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with homemade sauce or enjoy it on its own.
