Kid-Friendly Spinach and Sausage Omelet
Spinach and Sausage Egg Omelet for Kids
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 2 cheese sticks, sliced
- Fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped
- Mushroom seasoning powder (or substitute with sugar and salt to taste)
- 1 cup vanilla milk
- Butter or margarine, as needed for greasing the pan
Instructions:
- 
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, sliced sausages, cheese sticks, and chopped spinach. Season with mushroom seasoning powder (or a mix of sugar and salt if preferred). Add the vanilla milk and stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or margarine to coat the pan. 
- 
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly. Cook until the omelet is fully set and lightly golden brown on the bottom, about 5-7 minutes.

Gently flip the omelet and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked through. 
- 
Remove from the skillet and cut into pieces suitable for serving. Enjoy warm!
