Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of firm tofu
- 2 beef sausages (finely chopped)
- 1/4 carrot (grated using a cheese grater)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt (optional)
For the broth:
- Water
- Bouillon powder
- Celery leaves
- Green onions
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste

Prepare the Tofu Meatballs:
- Begin by mashing the tofu until it’s smooth. Incorporate the all-purpose flour into the tofu, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
- Add the finely chopped beef sausages and grated carrot into the tofu mixture. If desired, season with a pinch of salt. Crack in the egg and stir everything together until the mixture is uniform.
- Shape the mixture into small, round balls.

- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently drop the tofu meatballs into the boiling water. Cook them until they float to the surface, indicating they are done. Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and set them aside to drain.

- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the chopped garlic and bouillon powder, cooking until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
