Ingredients:

1/2 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a bundt pan generously.

  2. Cream together the butter and 1 cup of sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

  6. Fold in the lemon zest and blueberries gently.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread it evenly.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

  9. While the cake is baking, prepare the lemon glaze by mixing 1/3 cup of lemon juice with 1/4 cup of sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  10. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
