- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Add Egg and Lemon Zest:

Stir the flour into the creamed mixture until a soft dough forms. -
