Yogurt (preferably lemon-flavored) 250g
Mixed Berries 100g
Sugar 40g
Lemon Juice 40g
Whole Milk 140g

Instructions

To make these delightful yogurt and fruit popsicles, start by pouring lemon-flavored yogurt into a mixing bowl. Add in the sugar and lemon juice. Whisk the mixture thoroughly to ensure the sugar is fully dissolved and everything is well combined.

Next, take an immersion blender and blend the yogurt and fruit together. The aim is to create a smooth, homogeneous mixture, infusing the fruits and yogurt into a silky consistency. Once blended, transfer this creamy mixture into a jug for easy pouring.

Now, pour the yogurt and fruit blend halfway into each popsicle mold. Once filled, place the molds in the freezer for about 40 minutes. This initial freezing time allows the first layer to set without being fully frozen, making it easier to add the second layer.

After 40 minutes, remove the molds from the freezer and top up with the remaining yogurt mixture. Cover the molds with their lids and return them to the freezer. Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 3 hours, ensuring they are completely solidified.

Once the freezing time is up, your frozen yogurt and fruit popsicles will be ready! To remove them from the molds, briefly run the underside of the mold under cold water. This will help loosen the popsicles for easy removal. Then, gently pull them out and enjoy your refreshing, homemade treats right away!
