Ingredient Quantity
Calamari (squid) 800g
Feta Cheese 100g
Cherry Tomatoes 120g
Garlic ยฝ clove
Fresh Parsley To taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40g
Fine Salt To taste
Black Pepper To taste

Instructions:

To prepare this delightful dish of stuffed calamari with feta and cherry tomatoes, begin by cleaning the calamari. Rinse both the sacs and the tentacles thoroughly. Chop the tentacles into small pieces.

In a pan, heat 20g of olive oil over medium heat and cook the tentacles for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure theyโ€™re cooked evenly.

While the tentacles cook, wash and chop the cherry tomatoes into small chunks. Set them aside. Also, chop the fresh parsley finely to add a burst of flavor.

Once the tentacles are cooked, mix them with the crumbled feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, and parsley. This will be the filling for your calamari.

Carefully stuff the calamari sacs with the mixture, making sure not to overstuff them. Arrange the stuffed calamari in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the remaining 20g of olive oil over the calamari, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the dish in a preheated oven at 170ยฐC (340ยฐF) and bake in the convection mode for about 5 minutes. The calamari should be tender and slightly golden on the outside.

Your stuffed calamari with feta and cherry tomatoes are now ready to be served! Enjoy this fresh and savory dish as a main course for a Mediterranean-inspired meal.
