- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat. Be sure not to bring it to a boil.
- Once warm, break the white chocolate into pieces and add it to the cream. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Once the white chocolate is fully dissolved, add the mint syrup and mix well to combine.
- Transfer the ganache mixture to a bowl and refrigerate it for 24 hours to cool and set.
