Mozzarella Sausage Egg Delight

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage
  • 3 chicken or beef sausages

  • Chicken-flavored seasoning (such as Royco)
  • Tomato and chili sauce (for serving)
