Sausage and Mozzarella Omelet
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large sausage, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Grated mozzarella cheese, as needed
- Margarine, for greasing
