Tempe Goreng Telur: Crispy Tempe Sticks with Egg Coating

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tempeh
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chicken or vegetable bouillon powder, to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tempeh:
    Begin by steaming the block of tempeh until it becomes tender. Once steamed, cut the tempeh into thin, stick-like strips.
